Shrink wrapping machines pack the product with the shrink film thanks to a process of heat shrinkage

Shrink wrapping machines, suitable for packing palletized products, provide stability as well as good protection from atmospheric agents.

Packaging takes place in three stages: the shrink film is prepared and cut to measure, the machine places it round the material to be packaged, the combined – electric or gas-fired – oven causes the film to shrink, and thus to adhere perfectly to both the product and the pallet.

T110 Electric shrink wrapping machine with rotating table

The machine is electrically powered and therefore very safe and practical; it can be used safely inside and is easily movable. It is also possible to personalized the heat shrinking process, acting on some parameters, in relation to the product’s and film features.

Very easy to use, the shrink wrapping machine with rotating table needs only an operator just putting the already hooded pack with shrinking film on the turning table and starting the automatic heat shrinking cycle from the dedicated button on the panel board.

SH77 Combined shrink wrapping machine

The SH77 shrink wrapping machine is a combined machine that uses a single work station to perform the hooding and heat-shrinking operations of the product to be packaged.

The SH77 type automatic hooding machine uses a coil of heat-shrinkable tubular film with side bellows. In the different versions, up to three film reels can be reached.

The film is heat-shrunk on the product by means of a gas-powered ring oven; all functions are controlled by a PLC that manages the automatic and manual operations.

SH45 Combined shrink wrapping machine

The SH45 automatic shrink wrapping machine is a combined machine which, using a single work station, performs the hooding and heat-shrinking operations of the product to be packaged. The SH45 automatic machine uses a reel of shrink film in tubular form equipped with side bellows. In the different versions, up to three film reels can be reached. The film is heat-shrunk on the product by means of a gas-fired ring oven; all functions are controlled by a PLC that manages the automatic and manual operations.
