VR70 Automatic vertical strapping machine
The VR70 automatic, strapping machine is equipped with strapping head MS500 - Messersì patent. Conceived for the vertical strapping of palletized products of any nature and size, it is fully customizable.
Automatic vertical strapping machine, VR80, allows to automatically pack products making one or more strapping operations with PET and PP strapping bands.

Description
It can be considered the indispensable tool for the correct handling of product, guarantees the stability of the load, facilitates storage and assures safety during transport. The lower retractable guide allows to enter the strapping band through the pallet forming a unique body with the product. During the strap feeding, the strapping head performs a transverse movement of compensation that enables equal tension between the edges of the product thus ensures greater stability.
The strapping machine can be inserted in transport lines fully automatic and can operate without the help of the operator.
The component’s quality, the simple maintenance and the reliability of performance, make the VR80 vertical strapping machine suitable for many sectors of industry and craft.
