The packaging system has been customized according to numerous formats produced by the company and its logistical needs. The horizontal strapping machine positions the strapping band compacting the package to ensure stability and security to the load during transport while the vertical strapping machine with rotating table ensures the load to the pallet launching the strapping band through a simple system of bayonets. The hooding machine prepares and positions the tubular film on the packages adapting it to different heights. The process of heat shrinkage of the film is made by an oven equipped with burners designed to provide a constant and proportioned heat flow that guarantees a uniform heat treatment of the hoods even with minimum thickness of the film. The flame lighting in the burners is limited to the time of heat shrinking, saving energy compared to traditional oven.
