Packaging line designed for an important Italian company that has developed skills and manufacturing specializations for the hollow glass industry, transport lines and palletizing / depalletizing systems for the PET / HDPE container and bottling industry, with a consolidated reputation and commercial penetration in many countries.
The need to compact the glass bottles was achieved by using the vertical strapping machine with VR70P which allowed 3 operations to be carried out in sequences: compacting, pressing vertically and lastly strapping with double binding from 0 to 90°. A solution that made it possible to cope with the demand for maximum performance with a high-speed machine, with a double-head translating press and variable wheelbase.
